Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of this website. Engagement-specific terms are set out in each signed agreement.

Last updated: 1 January 2026 — Template. Have counsel review before publishing.

1. Agreement

By accessing navacore.io (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Navacore Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (No. 79818688). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms cover the Site itself; paid work is governed by the separate master services agreement and statements of work we sign with each client.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, code, and marks including “Navacore” — are owned by Navacore Limited or its licensors and protected by law. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them except to view the Site.

4. Client work

Ownership of deliverables, confidentiality, warranties, and payment terms for engagements are defined in the applicable signed agreement, which prevails over these terms for that work.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and information on it is provided for general purposes only.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navacore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
