How we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use our website or work with us.

Last updated: 1 January 2026 — Template. Have counsel review before publishing.

1. Who we are

Navacore Limited (“Navacore,” “we,” “us”) is a company registered in Hong Kong (No. 79818688), with its registered office at Unit 1706B, 17/F., Tower B, Viking Technology & Business Centre, 93 Ta Chuen Ping St, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. We are the data user for the personal data described in this policy. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data you submit through our forms or email — name, work email, company, and the contents of your message.
  • Usage data your browser sends automatically — IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.
  • Recruitment data if you apply for a role — the details in your application and any materials you share.

3. How we use it

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, evaluate job applications, meet legal and accounting obligations, and secure our systems. We rely on your consent, our legitimate interests, or the performance of a contract as the legal basis, depending on the purpose.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, hosting and email), when required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction. All processors are bound by appropriate contractual safeguards.

5. International transfers

As a distributed studio, we may process data outside Hong Kong and outside your own country. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we put appropriate contractual safeguards in place with the receiving party, and where your data originates in the EEA or UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months; recruitment data for up to 12 months unless you ask us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance — and any other law that applies to you — you may request access to and correction of your personal data, and object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong, or to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

Our site uses only the cookies necessary to make it work and to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
